Delivery Notice due to COVID-19
We are informing you regarding shipping.
There are countries where air operations for overseas shipping have been significantly reduced or suspended due to COVID-19.
We endeavor to provide a reasonable method for shipping by country.
1. Singapore, Japan, Malaysia
For the items purchased by customers in Singapore, Japan, and Malaysia will be delivered by Korean shipping company Qxpress or Korea post office.
Qxpress operates international courier service and Singapore local courier service based in Southeast Asia, and provides fast delivery service and systematic tracking service.
Shipping time will take about 5-7 days after shipment.
(But, delivery may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance and other issues.)
2. USA, Canada, UK, Germany, Italy, Russia, China, Thailand
Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, France, Spain, Taiwan, Australia
Delivery to these countries has been normalized. (K-packet or Small Package)
Currently, all international air traffic has been significantly reduced due to the coronavirus.
delivery will be delayed a little more than usual.
Delivery time is about 10~25 days after shipment.
(In case of customs clearance delay, it may be delayed for several days)
3. In other countries, delivery is possible through express delivery.
(Delivery company: DHL, UPS, EMS, Fedex etc. Depending on the country, it will be shipped with the appropriate carrier.)
- Customs and Duties
We always declare packages as GIFT and lower value.
We do our best to avoid this situation, but we cannot guarantee it will not get caught on customs.
If some charges occur, it is the buyer's responsibility since it is beyond our control.
We won't make refunds in case the parcel gets caught in the customs.
But if the parcel comes back to our office, we will make partial refunds for the products that are undamaged.

We will verify the tracking number with your country's post office and reply back to you.
But please bare in mind that the process takes about 2 weeks - 1 month.
