Delivery suspension and delay due to COVID-19

Countries where K-package service is available

Countries is possible delivery would take about 15-25 days (based on K-package)
Depending on the situation, it may arrive earlier,

but the current average delivery time is around 15-25 days.

USA, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, Russia

Luxembourg, Malaysia, Senegal, Vatican, Vietnam, Bhutan, San Marino

Afghanistan, Italy, Indonesia, China, Thailand, Philippines, Hong Kong


Countries where EMS shipping is available (Express shipping)
* You must pay the EMS,Fedex, UPS, DHL shipping upgrade amount

EMS is a fast delivery service, but it would take about 15 to 20 days due to

the reduction of flights due to COVID-19.
The delivery time is a little bit longer than usual. Please understand this point.

Singapore, Indonesia, France, Japan

Australia, Netherlands, Spain, Ireland, Norway, Poland, Finland, Sweden
South Africa, Bangladesh, Taiwan, Brazil, Peru, India

If you agree international cargo ship service, you do not have to pay extra shipping costs.
International cargo ship delivery varies by country, but the average delivery time is around 15-60 days.

(Asian countries 15~25days, Americas & European countries 25~60days.)

(But, delivery may be slightly delayed due to customs clearance and other issues.)


Q: How can I upgrade to EMS shipping if I purchased a product in the Australia ?

A : EMS,Fedex, UPS, DHL can be shipped to Australia.
If you click the Add Shipping Cost link, you can pay an additional shipping fee ($24) and upgrade to EMS Shipping.

Q : The shipping cost is too expensive.

A : EMS,Fedex, UPS, DHL is shipped via post office, so it is the safest way for shipping.

For Singapore customers who purchase $90 or more and USA,Germany,Russia,Bhutan,Slovenia,Armenia ,United Kingdom, Japan,France,

Canada customers and countries where EMS,Fedex, UPS, DHL can be shipped purchase over $190, we will provide free express shipping.

EMS,Fedex, UPS, DHL would be provided without additional shipping fee.


Q : Is it free shipping by EMS,Fedex, UPS, DHL when purchasing the product for $90 or $190 ?
Why? Will there be shipping charges at the product payments?

A: EMS,Fedex, UPS, DHL delivery is not free. It is an upgrade.
In other words, when the customer purchases the product, the shipping fee will be paid according to the weight
(Basic Shipping fee + EMS,Fedex, UPS, DHL extra shipping fee)


Q: What if I do not upgrade to EMS,Fedex, UPS, DHL and international express ?

A: There are a few countries where the COVID-19 has stably ended are and delivery suspension has been lifted.
However, even today, in most country air delivery is not available.
If the customer does not upgrade the delivery method, delivery can be carried out by international cargo ships.

We hope that customers will have enough time to wait for the package.
